Ive worn these from about 45 to 55 degrees and they were fine for those slightly chilly days. Its a very basic chamois and while its not uncomfortable I would count on it for anything over 30 miles.

Quality and fit are excellent. I am 6' 2 and 185 so the large worked well for me. These are my go to tights for winter.
