I love this shirt. Comfortable and looks great. It runs a little big.
Flannel is one of my go to layers, add a light merino one also and can be good to go.
I wear this more off the bike than on and it works well for both. It's very comfortable, fits well and has a nice casual look. The snaps are useful if you need to open it up while climbing.
