I use this shoe when riding indoors on the trainer. It works well for that intended purpose. Good ventilation and a very light shoe. That lightness does come at the cost of stiffness. It is not a high performance/high watts shoe. Flexes a bit. So if you are looking to smash those Zwift races, this might not be the shoe for you. If you want a breathable shoe that is comfortable for some 3 hr+ endurance torture fests on the trainer, this is a good choice.
These are indoor only and as such super light. I had used a pair of Specialized Mtn Shoes prior which were heavy and uncomfortable for classes. As we all know spin class is an A$$ kicker so having comfy shoes that disappear and are three times adjustable with the straps, from a fantastic brand, were just the thing to stay motivated.
