Great fit and comfort
by TSN

I like that they aren't too warm like the other reviewer viewed as a negative.

I've had a few knee surgeries and don't like showing off all my scars when I'm not wearing knee pads, but also whenever I'm riding something gnarly (most of the rides I do are technical mountain bike rides) I wear knee pads to protect my surgically-repaired knees and having the 34 tights is just so nice for preventing chafe from the pads. It's also way better than messing with knee warmersscreens and spandex shorts.

I wear 34 tights year round even in SoCal heat with knee pads and baggy shorts over top. I've had a few different brands and the fit for the Pearl Izumi and the comfort of the pad is amazing. I bought 2 pairs just recently and now I wish I bought more as my size has sold out.

Comfortable value

Every fall it seems I look for a 3/4 tight. These were on sale so I bought one pair. After a few rides I purchased a second pair. Nice and comfortable and the pant holds below the knee. These are not skin tight below the knee however with a little flap at speed but no bother. Still very comfortable. I bought the XL for my size. Im very satisfied.

Great for a cool day ride.

May be a little long for some people. I'm 6' and find them somewhat longer than similar bike pants

Great comfort and fit
by Energizer biker

Keeps my knees from getting cold on long morning rides. Fits great and comfortable to wear without using the chamois cream.

Perfect! Fabric weight and fit are perfect for cool New England mornings!

I live in New England and only 3 months of the year are really warmhot, so on those cool mornings, these capri length tights are exceptional.

I bought these for an early season ride. As with most PI gear I own, these are well made and appear to have the dependable quality I expect. I'm 5'-7 on a good day with a short inseam but went with large and they fit great. They fit almost like full length tights, with just a hint of my sculpted gams. I'd say they'll keep you warmish down to about 50 degrees, if it's not a cold, rainy and windy day like the day of my race.

Not for cold weather

Fit is good (xl) for this rotund rider. Nice 34 tight. Lighter fabric than anticipated. Good for moderate weather, or cooler mornings of a warming day.

Material is too thin for the knicker to offer much benefit over shorts
by TSB

Typical high quality PI pad and fit. If this were a short I would rate this 5 starts. This gets 4 stars as a 34 length, however, because it does not add any wind protection for my knees compared to a short when riding my average 16-18 MPH. If temperatures dictate wearing knee warmers with shorts, I need knee warmers with these.

Great tights, but don't believe the sizing chart

The sizing chart put me smack-dab in the Medium category, but in reality, Large would have been better. I can get into them, but would be more comfortable in Large.
