No frills cycling short. Pad is thin but feels good to me.
Use it for regular exercise. Has held up pretty well (about 6000 miles) and still fits and looks well. The only problem I've noted is around the crotch level where the panel is frizzing. I found this only three days after I started using it, and was ready to return it. Since then it's been more or less stayed the same. I think it was a cosmetic defect (otherwise, I'd given a 4 star for the overall rating).
A little on the tight side for a medium. Like the gel padding. Got them on sale. No complaints so far.
I am a triathlete who cycles 100-200 miles a week. I use these shorts when I'm on my road bike, triathlon bike, and mountain bike. They fit comfortably, they are durable, and are fashionable.
Doing some 4-5 hour rides recently and these are comfortable throughout.
I commute to work (10 miles one way) and these get the job done. And at the cost, I have no complaints.
