Versatile superior design will remove any crank
by ratkiley
Colorado

Works on octalink and square tapered cranks. Allows for unlimited leverage with a wrench or crescent wrench, with the added benefit of ergonomics of the handle. Not intuitive at first but the roller at one end comes off and goes on to the other end to convert it from splined to square tapered crank compatibility. Why buy two tools when you could just buy one? It also takes up less room.

Crank puller that does exactly what it is intended to do. I travel with my tandem bicycle and I use this crank puller to remove the cranks as part of the bicycle disassembly and packing process.

happy to find a tool to work on less common octalink crank. took a bit of time to figure out how to use- didn't realize that the end piece is removable by and could be switched to the other side of the tool to be able to use the threaded side to push out an octalink crank

I bought this crank puller after deciding to restore a vintage bike. I was very happy with the quality of its construction. The metal it's made of is hard enough that it doesn't get chewed up by wrenches. It's permanently in my tool bag now.
