I am almost 70 years old light weight tinny guy. I ordered with12 nm. I tried it out and 12 nm is too strong for me. I fell off from my bike one time because I couldn't release from the paddle fast enough. I ended up replaced the blade with 8nm which is much easier for me. Replacing the blade was a simple task.
