Easy to clip in and out. I replaced my Garmin Vector pedals and these are compatible with my current cleats. Bought two pairs of these pedals.

I had the carbon version of these for a couple of years. When they needed replacing due to a crash I decided to save a few bucks, accept a few extra grams, and buy these instead. Totally worth it. Can't tell the difference between the two. Great pedals all around.
