The description of this light is exactly correct. I am most impressed with the clear, brightness of the light itself. It is perfect for low light or dark conditions. The value to quality ratio is perfect.
The light itself is good - I used it in the early morning while dark and in day rides - it has a good range of brightness. I don't like the mount - it's a two piece mount - meaning you have to keep up with a rubber insert, the rubber band to mount the insert and the light. Every ride I have to take it all apart and put it back on. Kinda of a pain. I already replaced it, and gave it to my daughter :)
