This insulated bottle certainly keeps water and ice cubes colder/frozen longer than a regular bottle. You do lose a little volume. It won't change your life, but every little bit helps.
It�s hard to get a good drink from this bottle. At red lights I unscrew the top and drink directly from the bottle. I�m sticking with the camelpak bottles from now on
