Been using this for years when I started doing century rides. It�s the best snd doesn�t bother your stomach.
I use Perpeteum on rides of over 3 hours - up to 7 hours in length.
It keeps fueling energy for those longer rides especially when used in conjunction with HEED.
I should mention that I also need some protein after 4 hours too like a PB&J sandwich to keep from feeling carbed-out. Perpeteum also greatly aids in recovery from longer rides.
I don't understand why this product doesn't contain electrolytes. It's specific designed for endurance, so why leave that out? When using this on long rides (as intended), I've cramped up at the worst times. I carry enough items in my back pockets to then also have to carry tablets or anything else. I've resorted to adding electrolyte tablets into the mix, which is very messy and sticky. Not ideal
