The tablets gives you energy! They all so taste great
Grape & grapefruit are really great tasting.
Not too sweet and has minerals needed
Great
These tabs seem to help cramping issues in severe heat. Also use Hammer Recoverite powder after rides of 30 miles or more. Use both products for road riding as well as mountain biking.
I really like the mango flavor of these Hammer no-sugar electrolyte tablets. The fizz just makes a mess in my opinion, forcing liquid to weep out of the valve if your bottle is entirely closed.
I take one Fizz tablet per day, especially if I exercise or during hot weather. I get severe leg cramps without it, so I take it daily. I'm grateful I found this simple product.
1 tablet 2 endouralytes. nice slightly carbonated taste.
These work well with no aftertaste, gives you what you need, electrolytes...
Not sweet sugary like most sports drinks, but no cramps and less dehydration while using...
this is good for longer or hot rides, tastes pretty good, and dissolves fast
I ordered this to cut out the carbs from sugar in the average sports drink. The sweetness of powerade or gatorade almost gagged me once it had warmed up. This is not so sweet like that and is palatable while warm.
However keep in mind, you will need to replace those carbs in other ways on longer rides. Wish it came in a caffeinated version!
Full of electrolytie goodness at an excellent price. Lemon lime tastes like goat urine
I tried these as an alternative to Nuun which I really enjoy. I like the simplicity of both brands, but these Hammer Nutrition tablets are seriously lacking in flavor. I wouldn't buy them again.
I put one tablet in a 22 oz bottle and sip as needed before and during a ride after it has dissolved. Found it is best not to add any other carb or electrolyte mixes, just water. I use a gel as carb fuel or a snack bar. So far I have only tried the grapefruit which has a very light pleasant taste, not sugary at all! No problems with cramping or bloating that I have experienced with powdered mixes. Recovery seems easier too! Good price value.
Easy to use...no guess work. ...works great!
Last year I was concerned that the only electrolyte replacement available at a local century ride was Gatorade. For me Gatorade has too much sugar and too much salt, it bothers my stomach. As it turned out the Hammer nutrition rep had a booth at the bike expo. She gave me a couple of handfuls of individually wrapped Fizz tablets. These worked great. I avoided cramping and unlike other replacements I have tried they don't taste like sweat and don't need to be chilled to be drinkable. The packaging is convenient too. I prefer LemonLime and Mango to Grapefruit. I think they are a little expensive and you need to be careful the first time you open the bottle because the effervescence can cause the liquid to squirt out. These are the best I have tried.
