Waterproof, but too loose/baggy around legs for road cycling. Rapha's Gore-Tex rain paint fits much better.
These pants are absolutely bulletproof. I do wish they came in slightly different lengths. They're a little long for me and fit a little baggy, but they just work great. No complaints.
