This 63g watch is energy efficient, jam-packed with features, and performs detailed sleep and exercise tracking. I wear this 24/7 to make the most of its health-focused features and pair it with my Garmin Edge Explorer 2 cyclometer. I do also have an Apple Watch Series 7 Cellular that I wear on the other wrist on occasion when I need portable communications, but this Garmin is full time. I graduated to this watch from an Instinct 2 Solar for the benefits of onboard maps, music, and Stamina/Potential in exercise metrics. With my 150mm wrists, the Fenix 7S 42mm and Instinct 2 Solar 45mm were the best fitting options for me (Fenix 7 47mm was too large, Instinct 2S Solar 40mm too small).
I haven't worn a watch in decades. But I wanted something to track my sleep and for nordic skiing. Turns out I really like this watch. The GPS appears to be more accurate than my Wahoo bike computer (a little bit). The interface is well thought out, and works well. And the size is just right. I really enjoy this watch!
