The Antares had been my saddle of choice for over 10 years. I recently purchased a S-Works Aethos which came equipped with a S-Works Power saddle (also a beautiful saddle btw). However, the rails on the S-Works saddle broke subsequent to a minor crash and I decided to replace it with the Fizik Antares carbon. First ride was like �coming home� after being away for a couple of years. Love this saddle; the longer nose allows more seating positions and the 118g weight appeals to my inner �weight weenie�. Thanks for the awesome design - ride on!
Lightweight and comfortable. Good for short efforts or longer rides. No creaking or other annoyances. My last saddle was a Selle Italia SLR Boost Kit Carbonio Superflow, which is a great saddle�I like this better.
Definitely geared towards a racing set up but overall a great saddle.
Very light seat. Very comfortable from the get go. Placed on my gravel much better than my issued seat.
