Been using EFS for years and will continue. Great product.
had trouble with cramps on hot days this has really helped.
This product really works well for endurance and rehydration. Only problem is that is really not water soluble. I have to dilute in hot water and add ice if I want to drink immediately. Otherwise, it takes a long time to dilute.
I had been a long time Cytomax user but found that I had mental fatigue on longer rides no matter how much a drank. I had no idea that I could fix that just by changing out I had in my bottle. I first used this on Levi's Gran Fondo a few years ago and I had no mental fatigue issues at all. In fact I felt better than I had on any of my longer rides before. If you sweat a lot or ride in hotter temps you really need to give this product a try. Also, it is worth mentioning that the flavor reminds me of Sweet Tarts candy, so if you didn't like those as a kid you probably won't like this either.
The grape flavor is pretty good. It is a more salty taste to it compared to gatorade, but still good. It reminds me of taste of energy gels. I went on a 35 mile ride and did great 34 of the way. I ran out of this drink and I cramped up real bad the last 14 of the ride. It says on the label to drink every 30 min of intense exercise. Follow this advise to avoid cramping like me. I would buy this product again in the future.
i dump the required amount in my drink bottles before a road ride. I used to cramp up around 40 miles, but now I can do seventy and still not have problems
Pros Lots of electrolytes and it keeps my energy level constant. One scoop per water bottle will do ya'.
Cons The Container is somewhat narrow so big-handed guys have a harder time scooping

I've been using the EFS for some years and like it better than any other drink for electrolyte replenishment. Helps to keep the legs from cramping on the longer rides and really great for the sweltering Florida Summer heat.
I have tried them all and this one is the very best. Never upsets my stomach and provides what's needed for long rides. Subtle taste is very pleasant in a variety of flavors. Not overly sweet.
I drink it mixed with water. I like that it comes in a powder that you mix with water and it turns into a sport drink. I wish it came in bacon flavor.
I'm prone to dehydration headaches after rides on hot days and decided to try EFS. Haven't had a headache since, and feel much better after long hot rides. Grape flavor is great, not too sweet and dilutes well in water. I'm going to be ordering more when the first can runs out.
This is a great drink if you want to avoid cramps. It tastes good and does not get too sweet.
Hammer products left me weak and cramping over and over again. I was a neophyte and very frustrated by my cycling sessions. I took a chance on First Endurance's products and have been transformed on the bike. I now have complete confidence in my ability to thrive no matter how much I push myself. No more cramping hours later when I have been in the prone position for several hours, either. For me, First Endurance was the answer.
