Wow, for such a small package, it did not skimp on disgusting.
I purchased a bottle of this to round up my order for free shipping (and to snag a second bottle for my bulk hammer gels). I ate less than half before calling my experiment quits.
Perks of this are it cost about the same as an empty bottle, it is a nice little addition if you're close to free shipping. If you lack taste buds I bet it's awesome.
I will not be buying this again it made me cough, and feel like I was going to vomit.
The gel definitely helps with electrolytes and energy on the ride. I tried two flavors, but wasnt excited about them. The containers are reusable though and are quite easy to refill with your preferred gelliquid snack.
I bought this to get free shipping for some gear. Usually use other products for fueling. But this is very handy for long hard rides. Seems to keep my electrolytes up nicely. Plus it can be refilled with gel or paste as you wish.
