Purchased the Large IAW manufacture sizing chart. Large had a very generous fit in the waist and waist gripper, fit more like a XL or XXL & waist gripper was too big to stay in place. I have two other Endura jerseys and a jacket which all are smaller vs this shirt (If B.T.D. would allow photos I'll upload shirt over shirt comparison.)
What I liked: front chest pocket for cash or ID. Three traditional rear pockets plus a zipper security pocket (again for ID or money). Color was true to description.
I bought this jersey principally for wearing as a thermal layer for mountain biking, since many other jerseys on the market are really geared more towards road bike riding and the aggressive posture of that style of riding, where the manufacturers' designs mean the fronts are cut short and rise up too much when using for mountain biking.
These shirts are a notable improvement over road bike style ones, with enough length to stay in place in the front for mountain bike use. the gripper hems keep them in place in the back pretty well too, which is great. Weight is great for sub-40 degree riding, down into the teens with a winter riding jacket outer layer. The fabric wicks sweat well and overall fit is trim, but not super tight, which is great for mountain biking.
Can't yet speak to long-term durability, but quality seems high and likely to last as other Endura clothing has for me in the past.
I'm impressed. For $90 this is an exceptional jersey. The fabric quality, stitching and fit are top notch. Soft and warm on the inside. The neck fits snug and comes up high, too , perfect for the winter. The zippered chest pocket is super handy for cards or keys, and I love having a fourth zipper pocket in back, too. Seriously, at this price point jersey, especially long sleeve, usually feel cheaper and have less features, but this one feels so much better.
Beware the sizing though. If you want a sporting fit then definitely order a size down. I am a true medium (and usually size up for Castelli or Sportful). The medium in this jersey felt very loose, puckering out in my belly and with lots of fabric in the sleeves. It might work if you prefer a looser fit or want something more casual for commuting.but the small fits perfectly , it's snug and sporting without being tight. The small, on other hand, fits me perfectly. A snug, sporting fit without being tight.
I like this too a lot. It's perfect for cool weather. A little heavy and hot for warmer weather. Fits great
