I ride Continental GP4000 S II tires 9-10 months a year. They wear well and have good puncture resistance.
Use on road bike ,very little road depre. Gets picked up in tire
i ride the paved roads in Florida and Maine and ride about 8,000 miles as year. I like this tire for an all around training tire as it has a decent ride quality and wears well. Not the smoothest of rides but for the money a decent go to training tire.
great tyre. These roll faster than my previous vitorria zaffiro pro, weigh less, and feel more comfortable at the same PSI.
Never buy Continental tires. They are extremely hard to mount when new. You will regret it if you get a flat on the road.
I've used these for the last three years now and I've thoroughly enjoyed them on the bike. No complaints whatsoever.
Love how they grip and roll!
This is a very elite tire. The color combination makes it a good pick as you are able to keep the great rubber properties and mix it with a color to match your taste. Very durable and such a long life!
I bought set of these tires just before my race...they looked great on my TT bike (with green color matching my bike). They ran smoothly, quietly yet with authority. The price on discount was right.
Sidewall is a little thin. You should buy the insurance.
Long lasting and never had any issues or flats with over 2000 miles on them. Had same success with previous version as well 100% satisfaction with this manufacturer and tire.
Love em Continentals never do me wrong going back 35 yrs ago from tubulars to Gators, black chilli peppers, great design, whole nine yards. Good stuff.
Road biking. Reputation says it all. I will have these tires for a while. Worth the money for durability and price.
Been using them for about 2 months now. It's been great in both wet and dry conditions. Very happy overall. I use it for both racing and training, one tire does it all.
One of the best tires I've owned.
Very durable summer tire, I use the 25 for training and the 23 for racing.
great tires good price fast shipping what else is there?
I just completed 2014 Ride the Rockies and Triple Bypass ride in Colorado. A very fast tire!
Using them on Zipp wheels in and iron distance triathlons. Confident ride.
I am judging by me experience with the 4000s, 25c. I took the rr out of service after about 5000 miles. It still had some life in it, but I didn't want to risk a flat in winter weather. This is the longest lifespan I've experienced from a high-performance clincher.
