Use to prevent chafing and saddle sores. It's easy to apply and keeps my hands clean. The sides of the holder can get messy when the cap is replaced due to the softer nature of the lube.

Hey this is just right for small applications and would fit perfectly in a jersey pocket or a saddle bag. Actually, I found it works perfectly to prep my Tri run shoes' heel, tongue, and arch for flying out of T2 and finishing the run blister free.
I had been using the glide stick and decided to try this one out. It works well and prevents chaffing. I only wish it was clear instead of white but it does wash out just fine.
