I like it when they tell you how tall the model is. Then you try to guess the weight, order the same size and it fits. That means you're not fat.

Our daytime temps are in the low 100s. I now start my 1-2 hr workouts near 7 am. It's in the low 70s then. This jersey breathes, and I'm comfortable the whole time. The gold color goes well w my bike and Urban Sage shorts (I think). It was in sale too
I wear a large size, 5' 7", 158 pounds.
The jersey fits well, not loose but race fit for me.
