These run about 1-2 sizes short depending on other brand clothing you have. I am 5 9 155lbs with a waist of 31 and inseam of 32. Castelli had me at M, but it was way too tight and I was almost certain Id rip the fabric if I pulled them past my thighs. Sized up to an L and it fits much better.
Performance wise these work great. Took them out when temps were in the mid 30s and they kept me pretty warm. Took a spill once and skinned my knee, but the fabric surprisingly didnt rip. But for the sizing these are great winter tights.
Relatively new cyclist. Gearing up for deeper winter outdoor rides and I was looking for a nice mix of quality and affordability in a winter bib tight. These are very comfy and windproof. I'll have to see how low the temp will get and still be comfortable, but I suspect my toes will tap out before my legs in these.
The fit is a bit snug for a size large. Im 5 9 and a half feet tall and 160 lbs. Im sure if I drop 5 lbs it will be a perfect fit lol. Great for temperature in the mid to high 40s. Its comfortable. I really have no major complaints.
I am 6 feet 165 lbs with a 33 in waist and followed the chart. The Medium is way too small, thinking of jumping two sizes up to the XL. Frustrating I need to deal with returns. :(
Buy at least two sizes larger as with any thing from the other side of the pond!
Bought the XL and I am 6 feet 170 lbs. Perfect fit and they are warm for winter riding. I really like them.
