This jersey is thin, with the very slightest thermal layer and is both wind and water resistant....it is perfect for that day that is a bit cool, threatening rain, but too warm for a jacket, or regular thermal jersey. I use it with, or without a super thin long, or short sleeve base layer. And, of course, it's Castelli quality all the way. Love this thing.
