These high socks cover ankles and calves, allowing knickers instead of full tights on chilly rides. They stay up, similar to calf sleeves, and the feet stay warm in a very comfortable and soft knit.
These are great socks - there are so many Assos 3/3 socks and they are all different - they really could use a table that shows the differences The main differences revolve around length and thickness of the foot area. This sock has a thicker foot area and goes a good way up your calf - the material on your calf is thinner material and does stay up. This is a very nice sock. The foot area is not super thick to where it would cause issues - it is a good thickness that provides a good bit of warmth
