I use these gloves from 10� on down. They really keep my hands warm. The coldest I�ve ridden with them is -23�.
This is my second pair, and I got them because of the price. My first pair is just fine.
Our temps haven't gotten lower than 40 yet, but these are plenty warm so far. My hands sweats in low 40s. I don't plan to ride below 32 and I am confident these will be fine. Well made and good value.
