TYR's Sport Anti Fog and Lens Cleaner Spray (0.5oz) contains isopropyl alcohol and a detergent that's specifically formulated to keep goggles and eyeglasses clean and fog free. Spray the solution on any goggle, mask, or lens (plastic or glass) and wipe.

It often gets very humid and foggy along the Gulf coast. There is nothing that totally eliminates the effects of fog on cycling glasses under extreme conditions. It may be necessary to completely remove your glasses in order to see, especially after working up a sweat. The small size of this cleaner is suitable to carry in your jersey if you also have a dry towel with you. The effectiveness of this item has been marginal for me on days when the relative humidity was above 90 percent.
