I bought the GRX wheels as a second set for my allroads bike on the recommendation of my independent mechanic. He claimed that these wheels rode as well, if not better, than wheels costing twice as much. He wasnt exaggerating. I mounted 28c Conti GP 4-Season tires (set at 80 psi) and the ride is incredible. With 1000 miles on and some big spring rides coming I could not be more pleased. Or, maybe I could. I am not running these wheels tubeless yet but plan to when I need new tires. Finally, I will add that I have a set of alloy wheels that did cost twice as much as the GRX set. I like the GRXs better.
I bought these wheels two months ago on a recommendation from my go-to Velofix mechanic. He said these wheels performance is comparable to wheels that cost twice as much. IMO, that was an understatement. I put the wheels on my enduranceadventure bike. I am running Conti GP 4 season 28c tires. The wheel tire combination run at 80 psi spins up quickly and rolls smoothly. I highly recommend these wheels.
