Excellent value, it shifts just like it should. Clutch could be better - when engaged there is more friction in the drivetrain. Was considering an XT, but this was less than half the price. And with the possibility of mangling another derailleur, I'd rather lose a $45 one and carry the extra few grams (or lose a few more from my gut).
