The Shimano 105 ST-R7020 Shift/Brake Lever (Individual) are the first hydraulic disc brakes to ever be offered at the 105 level. These shfiter/brake levers allow you to have the power of disc brakes with the reliability and affordability of Shimano 105.
The internal shift unit has been redesigned to be slimmer and more ergonomically shaped, similar to the R8000 shifters. They feature increased reach adjustment of up to 15mm, which provides more control and reliable performance in all riding conditions.
