It's kind of hard to tell how well recovery shakes work, let alone how one compares to another. That being said, I've tried a lot of them over the years and this one is my favorite. It mixes easily with a spoon, is not insanely expensive, and tastes fricken delicious. I'm not usually a huge vanilla guy, but this tastes like a milkshake. I might even do more workouts jut because I look forward to having this so much afterwards. 10/10!
