The 2025 Orca Men's Vitalis Light Openwater Sleeveless Wetsuit is the evolution of the Openwater RS1 SL. It's the perfect choice for swimmers who don't need a high level of comfort but prefer a wetsuit with greater flexibility for unrestricted movement when swimming.
The highly elastic materials used in this wetsuit will provide you with more flexibility in all phases of the swim stroke, so you can enjoy total freedom of movement during your open water swimming sessions. The sleeveless design allows for maximum freedom of movement without sacrificing thermal comfort in the torso and legs.
Enjoy the convenience of the Fabric Gloves, included with the purchase of the Vitalis Light, which allow you to put on your neoprene without damaging the material.
Features:
- Unrestricted Swim Stroke - The sleeveless construction of the Vitalis Light gives you absolute freedom of movement in the shoulder and arm areas when swimming in open water. The combination of an unrestricted swim stroke, buoyancy in the lower body and comfort in the torso will allow you to enjoy your sessions at sea to the max.
- Buoyancy - The distribution of materials of different thicknesses, up to 4.5 mm-thick in the legs, will provide you with greater buoyancy and peace of mind on your adventures at sea.
- Y38 - Elasticity, high flexibility and total freedom of movement are brought together thanks to the combination of Yamamoto 38 neoprene, Infinity Skin 2 lining and Smoothskin surface finish. With this combination the open water swimmer will use 30% less force in fast movements and short strokes, while slower and wider movements will require 40% less force than with any other conventional neoprene.
- YKK-10 zippers are high-performance and durable features. The sturdiness of these zippers gives them a long service life and they are of such high quality that they prevent water from flowing through the wetsuit while swimming.
- Laser cutting in the neck area combined with the Hydrolite inner lining allows the wetsuit to seal to the body and prevents chafing. This combination and seal prevent water from flowing into the suit, providing more thermal comfort to the swimmer.
