Look's 2018 X-Track Race Carbon Ti MTB Pedals are constructed around a heavy-duty, weather-resistant mechanism. The lateral contact support helps guide the foot in engaging the pedal and prevents sliding. An adjustable tension screw allows fine-tuning of entry/release resistance.

Carefree and reliable set of pedals. Look has done well with their implementation of Shimano's tried and true SPD interface. Look's cleats have a little bit more float but you can still use Shimano's SPD cleats. I have done gravel and fast road rides with these pedals. With some nice shoes and the wider platform of these pedals it is easy to put the power down with efficiency and comfort.
Bought these for a custom build and they haven't lived up to my expectations. Too much float in the pedal and the adjustment doesn't have a tight engagement so it's difficult to find a good fit.
