GU Hydration Drink Tabs are an easy addition to a water bottle to ensure proper hydration during prolonged exercise. These electrolyte tablets contain 320 mg of sodium and 55 mg of potassium per serving to help replenish stores that are lost through sweat. Plant-based Stevia along with Xylitol are used to add a bit of sweetness and to reduce the chances of gastrointestinal distress mid-ride.
Recommended serving is one effervescent tab per 16 oz of water. 12 servings per bottle. Available in multiple flavors.
