The Fizik Tempo Aliante R1 Light is an endurance road saddle with a waved profile, built for lasting comfort, featuring EVA foam padding, carbon rails, and a pressure-relieving cutout to keep long rides smooth and enjoyable.

Engineered for low weight and high-performance riding, R1 Light construction combines a carbon-reinforced nylon shell with ultra-stiff carbon rails for a responsive, lightweight platform. Injected EVA padding delivers low-profile, reactive cushioning that maintains comfort and support without sacrificing the ergonomic shape or increasing thickness. The result: a saddle that reduces weight without compromise: ideal for long, fast days on the saddle.

All-Day Comfort

Aliante is a waved saddle that features a gradual, tapered transition from wing to nose. With a slightly wider platform to support the ischial bones, it improves stability and weight distribution for all-day rides. With a focus on comfort, the newly redesigned Aliante has a flatter surface to allow for more evenly spread pressure and a balanced feeling, especially useful on extended endurance rides.

Aliante features an ergonomic cutout, developed using detailed analysis and input from medical experts, that helps to relieve pressure and facilitate blood flow. Additionally, the generous padding has been engineered to provide every rider greater and softer support, regardless of riding position, without creating undue pressure.
