Definitely water proof for at least 30 minutes in moderate rain and highly reflective. Secure ankle zippers and snap closures. True to size. I wish it had zippered pockets in the conventional areas of a pant.
After having these for one month's worth of commutes in very light rain they are definitely not a waterproof pant as stated in the first line of the Endura description. Fantastic reflective elements for fall/winter commutes in the dark when it is dry. I was expecting more especially for how much they cost...oh well. I've had two different pairs of REI rain pants that lasted much longer and were more waterproof.
I've been wearing these pants on every ride here in Alaska. They're perfect. Block the wind well and the velcro closures work great to keep the pants out of my chain. Sizing seems accurate too.
