I bought these to wear as everyday shorts and they are perfect. Nice fit and the inseam length is good for us of shorter stature. The zippered pockets are a nice touch and provide added security for wallet, phone, etc. Oddly, the only thing I don't use them for is cycling (I wear bibs for that), but they would be an excellent choice for you off-road cyclists,
