These Continental Terra Trail 650b Gravel Tires are fast. They have great rolling resistance. I bought these for the $ock Cobbler and they did not let me down! The puncture resistance was top of the line. I ran them tubless at 35 psi and I had not problem with punctures. These have become my favorite tire especially with mixed terrain like road to hard pack, single track, and chunky rock. They did well over grass too. I would recommend these to anyone looking for speed and stability. I would buy another set 100%.
Road and gravel rides on country roads, dirt backroads and rail trails. Rolls fast and sure footed on paved, gravel and dirt trails. I ride the 650B 40mm tire. It is perfect for all I do. Not too wide, not too skinny, sucks up the road imperfection.
I have a pair of Terra Speed on my CX bike and the knobs on the rear were getting low. Moved the front tire to the back and put Terra Trail for the front wheel. Good combination - the knobs on Terra Trail are slightly bigger for better grip, and still rolls fast on pavement.
