CeramicSpeed Oil for Pulley Wheel Bearings is designed to maximize your performance and the longevity of your CeramicSpeed Pulley Wheels. Simply add oil on the outside of the bearing seal after riding in wet conditions or washing your bike.
If you are riding in harsh and wet conditions, CS recommends All Round Grease instead and greasing your bearings from time to time.
Features:
- Recommended 1-2 drops
- Bottle contains 15 ml.
- PFAS-free
- Note: May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways.

Better than grease for dry conditions.
I doubt it makes a difference out on the road, but my pulley wheels definitely spin much more easily in hand with oil instead of grease.

The CeramicSpeed Oil for Pulley Wheel Bearings provides a smoother rotation of pulleys with less friction than without. I did not measure but can certainly the difference.
