Own and use 2 pairs

I bought one pair and liked them, so I bought another. After a year of using them, I'm thinking of adding a third pair. I have mostly short bibs and couple 34 knickers, I tried a few different brands out there, but didn't like them as much as these. I like how these keep my legs warm enough in low 30 degree weather when I road the Festive 500 and they seem to be decent in the rain as well.

I have no problems of them staying up on my legs, perhaps these were designed for riders with larger thighs?

I can see why some doesn't like the zipper at the bottom, but it seems like it's just easier to take off after a long ride outside or when the weather warms up in the afternoon on those spring rides and you want to take them off, but don't want to have to take off your shoes first.

It may not be for everyone, but it works for me!

great and good looking

I like these full length leg warmers. They are useful in cool weather conditions, anything below 60 degrees. This current design by Castelli is nice. It's basic black, with just a hint of color near the zippers. I bought 2 pair and it's nice to be able to tell them apart, and have some minor variety.

The fit is good. Medium seemed quite tight until after the second wear, when they stretched a bit.

Did NOT have these problems that I've had with other leg warmers zipper that was to rough on my skin, rubberized-band to avoid slippage that made me itched. No skin bruises, no itching.

They're fine but I wouldn't buy them again

When I first tried them out they wouldn't stay up. In the second ride I pulled them up high into my thighs and overlapped them well with my pants. They did stay up this time but who knows how good they'll be over time. I don't like the zippers on the bottom. They don't help nor are they needed. Anyway I will use them more in the spring where I can take them off when it gets too hot. I think that's their big advantage. Nevertheless I prefer bib pants over these.

The Best

Over the years I have gone through several leg warmers from discount brands until I discovered these from Castelli. These are the best I have used, sized perfectly and they feel great. On sale these are great value.
