Free up space in your pockets for those awkward transitional-weather rides. Just because you roll out the door on a clear, comfortable October morning, that doesn't mean you won't be hit by an unexpected downpour. With the launch of Castelli's Gabba jersey years ago, Pro's and Average Joe's alike fell in love with the weather-defying versatility that their trend-setting rain jersey provided. However, when temperatures were a bit more moderate, the Gabba's awesome windproof and water-repellant protection is eclipsed by the thick, insulating Gore-Tex Windstopper X-Lite fabric. Shedding some weight, the Perfetto Light 2 uses the lighter weight, more breathable Windstopper 150® material through the front, shoulders and sleeves, and accents it with Castelli's Nano Light fabric through the back.
Note: Castelli tops and bottoms are designed with a performance cut that often runs smaller than that of other manufacturers. Consider sizing-up one size to ensure a comfortable fit — e.g., if you normally wear a Medium, select a Large in Castelli. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Great spring jersey
The weight is not a light as initially thought it would be. I was half expecting it to be close to the weight of my climbing jersey but it is not. The fit is typical Castelli and there are no surprises there. The fabric used on the Jersey is fairly warm and the new water wicking technology works well.
Overall it is a great jersey and I'd buy it again.
