More than a year later this pump is working fine, The dual pressure mode makes it a snap. For those that find it tedious to hold a pump on a presta stem and inflate a tire look for a pump with a hose connecter - myself included these days. The rubber seal on the pump head sheds a slight bit on the valve threads but should last a couple more years before replacement is needed. A very good light pump for your seat bag.
Purchased this pump to keep in my seat pack. Thought I would see if it was as advertised and tried it on my 32mm commuter treads. It gave my old Zefal HPX a run for its money. A tire pump has only one job to do and this one exceeded my expectations. A new pump will most of the time perform best the first time you use it. I will report back in a few months. The rubber washer on other pumps I have used wearsleaks and gets stiffbrittle with age. Good news, there is a rebuild kit available. A good pump for the price.
I have had to use the pump twice for flats out on the road and it is easy to use. I got 50 psi into tire with a minimum of effort which was plenty to get me back home. Pump was easy to attach to water bottle cage and does not rattle or, get in the way while riding. I would buy again.
I've used a lot of small pumps and this is one that really works well for larger volume or higher PSI. Yes you do get an arm work out pumping this small pump but that is what's nice about it as well it is small. We had 3 flats on the ride last night and we used this pump to fix them all.
Well made, nice frame bracket, but so hard to get over 100 that I worry about breaking the valve stem off as I pump so many millions of times. Best I have achieved is around 60. Great for cruisers and mountain bikes. I wish it had been shown on the literature that it was not for road pressures.
