High Quality Bag!
I have tried several handlebar bags in the past few years. So far this one is the highest quality. It actually stays in place on the bars and stays round due to a thin plastic insert sewed in between layers.

Great bag for carrying essential tools and extra tubes and even room for a mid-ride snack. The colors are pretty cool too. I never leave home without it.
