I bought this after running out of water a couple after 40+ miles in the summer heat, despite hauling two 24 oz bottles. I'm not a big fan of artificial flavors so I use half the recommended dose in one bottle and it did the trick.
Great electrolyte drink for almost all rides. Doesn't have that sweet taste many sport drinks have.
Drink a small glass before a ride and one bottle per hour during your ride. Love the taste.
I have tried many different hydration mixes and skratch is by far the best. The powder mixes well. There is no funny aftertaste and I get no GI upset. The 60 serving bag is the best value.
This is a great product! We first purchased this to be a better alternative to our normal go-to sports drink for our bike rides. It's now our only sports drink we will use. It is a lighter taste than the grocery store brands and we like it that way! We have tried the lemon lime flavor and really like it!
I use this in my second water bottle on days that are either very hot or if I'm going to be out for several hours. Also use them in my bottles when hiking for more than a few hours. The flavors are good without being overwhelming or artificial tasting. The mix dissolves easily enough and doesn't mess with my gut.
I've used Scratch for a few years now for hydration. Works good for me.
SKRATCH is a GREAT Product, been using it for years to prevent (god awful hamstring) cramps. Had been using their Lemon/Lime, which was great, flavor was there. More recently tried their Orange or shall I say "orange whisper", I see tiny specks of orange color and have yet to come across any orange flavoring - but it does keep the cramps away, which is the most important aspect. I ride about 6500 miles a year.
I use 1.5-2 scoops per water bottle on longer andor harder rides. Shorter (less than 2 hours) and easier rides, I just use tap water (we are on a well) and a pinch of sea salt. The Lemon Line taste good and has never caused any intestinal issues. So far, I have never bonked when using this product.
Both flavors of Lemon Lime and Orange taste great with no aftertaste. It is a bit expensive so stock up during the sale.
I like it better than Gatorade, and I *think* it's better for me as well. Have not run a head-to-head yet :)

Great stuff. Not too sweet.
Many other in drink mixes upset my stomach and I can not tolerate them on longer rides. This powder is a perfect mix - I can make multiple bottles for a long ride and drink it all day long with no stomach effects. It also seems to be absorbed by my body easier, I have never felt thirsty while using Skratch. I highly recommend this product.
I use more elaborate concoctions in the heat, but this is the best packaged powder I have found.

contains enough potassium to avoid heat exhaustion. most big brand "sports drinks" have no potassium
Switched from Cytomax as I found it too sugary and gooey. I now use the Scratch Labs on every ride and so does my wife. We also use it at the gym. Good energy and easy to digest.
I use skratch in my water bottle for cycling. It has a great taste & no upset stomach with this product. I have been using skratch products for quite some time.
