Silca's gear wipes are perfect for a quick frame or chain clean after a ride. Does the job on sticky drink residue and leaves bike close enough to the full spa treatment in just a few minutes. I keep a single one in my saddle bag for just in case.
Silca gear wipes are sooo easy to use for a quick cleanup. I use them on my bikes and anytime I need to clean up greasy messes: on my grill, in the kitchen, for my car and so on. I've been using them for years and recommend them highly.
These are great for cleaning pretty much everything on your bike except for some of the more finicky brake components. Where they really shine for me is for wiping down/cleaning my chains before I re-wax them.
These wipes are hands-down the best when you just need a simple clean or wipe down. They work well and are safe for anything you can think of - frame, chain, cassette, small parts, shoes, etc. They're big and you can rip them in half to make one canister last a long time.
Though a bit wasteful, these gear wipes are effective and convenient. I keep in a small zip-loc bag pack in my saddle bag.
