Had perineal pain with other saddles. No matter what adjustments I did I couldn't stop the pain/numbness'finally decided to pull the trigger on this and I'll never go back. No pain or discomfort at all. I know every person is different/has different needs with their saddle, but imo, this one should be the starting point.

This was a replacement for a Selle Italia Glide that had earned its retirement. I was beginning to experience saddle sores and decided go for a bit wider saddle. I have been very happy with the results and pleased that it has trimmed a bit off of the bike weight, at the same time. I have had no issue from day 1 with this saddle. A bit firmer than the glide (cushioned), but not really an issue when it comes to comfort. A good buy, from my perspective.
I ordered the 130mm wide model and it fits me perfectly! The cut out definitely helps with perineum pressure on longer rides. I recommend!
I felt I needed a different seat. I have use Selle Italian in the past and thought I would try the new Superflow. First ride was very comfortable. I like that I don't slip all over while riding. Nice cutout for the ergo requirements.
Great upgrade from the stock saddle on my bike. Love the cutout and the padding is just the right amount. Also saved a few grams :)
Wasn't sure about the large outcut but this is the most comfortable saddle I have ever ridden not just the cutout but the saddle itself is a great shape well worth the money.
This was even more comfortable than a custom molded saddle I bought. I average >200 miles/week and so far it's been great!
