This is the third Saris trainer in the household. Helps keep the bike training going when you can't get outside. Very reliable and easy to assemble. Price was fantastic compared with other places.
I have never used a trainer before, but this one seems to be solidly built, so it a good value. But as far as exercise goes, it seems more difficult to get a good workout on a trainer as compared to an exercise bike
