This is one of the best tires I tried for gravel. At only 490 gr is really a light weight tire.
Highly recommended.
Use these tires on my gravel bike and they roll well on hardtop and grip well in dirt
It appears that Maxxis has addressed one of the complaints concerning mounting of the Rambler. Out of the box the rambler has an open U shape making it easier to set up tubeless. I was expecting a struggle but the tire popped on easily in contrast to the first tire from 2016. Thanks Maxxis for the improvement to this already great tire.
Great intermediate tread CX tire. Likely not bad for wet gravel, but have not had a chance to try that use.
Smooth rolling tire on road and hard-pack. Great traction in the corners on gravel.
Tyres are great on gravel and trail, wet or dry. Easy mounting always a great feature
The tires respond well in sand and gravel.
After I crashed in a curve with some new IRC Boken tubeless 40c tires I switched to these tires and so far, so good although I'm not hitting the curves as hard either.
Rolls well does great in rough as well
I really like this one in the winter. It wears pretty easily on pavement but is excellent for gravel and light mud.
Tires ride well -- mounted easily -- tubeless
I have these set up tubeless on my gravel Bike and love riding any surface from pavement to trails to gravel. They feel great and have plenty of traction.
Overall great traction and puncture protection. Tire is definitely catered towards hardback to loose over hard conditions.
These tires feel faster yet more supple than my previous Gravel Kings
rolls on the pavement but pretty gripy in the sand/gravel.
Very easy install, fast rolling tire, looks very sharp on my bike.
Out of 4 tires- I could only get 1 to mount without any wobble in it- not good odds. Went back to gravelking sk- which IMO is in the same category of tire, no problems and a better value.
Durable and just a freaking good tire!!
Love these tires, I ride very hard and fast, these tires take whatever I throw at them!!
This is a great tire for the cost...
