I normally use Look but only their less expensive. This product is used on my triathlon racing bike and I love them.
I've been riding Look since they invented the clip in category. Reliable, serviceable and a good value relative to similar quality options. Love the Look!

Use for training, I actually prefer it over my blade pedals being able to set ease of release of cleat.
