I have had a handlebar light in the past and they work well but with the light mounted on my helmet I can turn my head to look at an object or an automobile off to my side so I am able to quickly to anaylize the situation.

I had to cut several pieces of double backed rubber to fill the gap between my Bell helmet vent holes and the headlight mount. I have no flat place to mount this bracket.

I ride a trike which is currently set up with a winter fairing which leaves no good spot to mount a headlight. This allows the Leyzyne lamp to strap on my helmet.

Easily attaches to the helmet to provide a mounting location for a light. The unit itself is light weight. The Velcro works well. As pictured provides round mounting point so a small light, or other light weight device which is designed to be mounted on the handlebars could be attached to the helmet.

I bought it to mount my Cycgolite Dash 600 lum light to my helmet so I could hide the trails after dark. Liked it so much that I use it some during the day on flash mode to make myself more visible.

Love the helmet mount but had to zip tie the mount to my mtb helmet because the velcro strap is not functional.
