I had a pair similar to these years ago. These a little thicker/warmer, great for the cold mornings what warm up to cool. The wind cover provides just that extra bit of protection until the day warms up. It's a nice feature to stow the wind cover in the cuff as well. I'm glad I saw them, also were on sale, made purchasing them easier.
